what..
20 y/o female. Time to feel rested, full of energy and goodness bursting from my seams! I'm very plain, love crafts and sunny days. Average brunette with glasses, medium built and but a good person on the inside. Love pickles & animals. Want to be a veterinarian. Hoping to find a path that suites me well and improves my quality of life. Sometimes, all the resources are a little overwhelming and I'm just not sure where to start.
I know how I think has to change before anything I do physically. Step one: in the works. Step two: What to do? Change the foods I eat, create a workout plan, make a schedule. Do one at a time or all together right off of the bat??
So many different ways work for different people but I don't know what category I fit into.
Better yet, what do I want? Hmmm.

I have no control over what people think of me but I have 100% control of what I think of myself, and that is so important. And not just about your body, but so many ways of confidence. You’re constantly learning how to be confident, aren’t you? You’re constantly reprogramming yourself.
